Scientist -Silicon Photonics, Active Devices Responsibilities: � Design, fabricate, and characterize silicon photonic component, with emphasis on silicon avalanche photodetectors and arrays � Work with a team of engineers and researchers to develop novel CMOS compatible photonic devices fabrication technology. � Develop and realize new device structure and processes in compliance to project specifications and requirements. � Establish and secure collaborations with leaders in the photonics field, including both academic researchers and industry partners.
