Scientist � Biomedical IC Design Responsibilities: You will be responsible for biomedical IC design activities including � System-level design, analysis, modeling, simulation, integration and lab evaluation � Circuit-level spec derivation, schematic entry, simulation, verification, layout and lab evaluation � Professional documentation and presentation � Project management:- to lead technical project teams and interact with customers Requirements: � A PhD in a relevant science or engineering area preferably in electronics engineering with strong emphasis in Biomedical IC design or Analog & Mixed-Signal IC design � Design experience in the biomedical IC design or Analog & Mixed-Signal IC design is highly desirable � Experience in bio-electronic processing techniques is an added advantage. � Experience in specific impedance circuit design or potentiometric design with 3 electrode measurements � Experience in leading technical project teams to deliver products and/or research outcomes � Experience in one or more of the following areas: o Ultra-low-power circuit design techniques o Circuits interfacing with biocompatible sensors o Data converters: pipelined ADCs, SAR ADCs, delta-sigma ADCs, DACs o High-precision operational amplifiers, linear and switched-capacitor filters o Deep understanding of noise (1/f, thermal, jitter and phase) and device matching � Industry experience, system IC development, and multi-disciplinary R&D experience would be an advantage Contact: Eisa Teoh Institute of Microelectronics (IME) 11 Science Park Road Singapore Science Park II Singapore, Singapore 117685 Singapore Phone: 65-67705351 Fax: 65-67731912 Email: personnelime.a-star.edu.sg
