The unique technologies developed at MRG are presently being extended both for crop and soil sensing in Agriculture, and for imaging and target identification in the defence arena. The successful applicant will be responsible for MEMS design, mechanical modelling and mechanical testing of MEMS structures at various operating conditions. The appointee will also be responsible for materials characterisation, development of growth recipes and optimisation of material parameters.
