Candidates must be available for permanent placement (US Citizen or Green Card) Candidates must be available for face to face interview Description: The digital production/project management group is ultimately responsible for professionally producing digital projects with a focus on balancing quality, cost and schedule in order to exceed client expectations. Our digital projects span a wide range of executions from large scale dot com re-designs to mobile applications to short-lived micro site promotions and everything else in between. As an Interactive Project manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of small to large-scale projects, running with them all the way from discovery, functional requirement definition, creative & technical development, and implementation. Your experience managing digital design and technology projects will be essential to develop plans that include timelines and deliverables for digital strategy, IA/IxD, visual & editorial design, development and QA. Job Requirements : - 4 - 8 years managing creative & technical teams developing interactive projects - Effectively managing cross-functional teams of significant size - Strong client facing skills and experience in managing conflicts with clients - Strong technical, project development lifecycle methodologies, and quality assurance processes. - Website/application usability knowledge - Industry expertise and experience - Broad understanding of popular web technologies - Proficient in MS Project, Visio, Excel & Powerpoint - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Excellent negotiation & presentation skills - Excellent team and people management skills - Database and list manipulation skills are a plus - Marketing acumen Global Employment Solutions
