      VICE PRESIDENT OF STUDENT SERVICES Reporting to the President of Irvine Valley College, the Vice President of Student Services performs duties and functions in the administration and supervision of the college student services programs.  Minimum Requirements: Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:  • Minimum of two years of managerial, administrative, and faculty teaching experience at the postsecondary level. A minimum of one year of recent experience must be as a classified manager or administrator (Dean/Vice President). • Equivalent to an earned Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in education, counseling, or related field. • Evidence of a sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, physically challenged, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.  Salary & Benefits: Range III of the Administrative Salary Schedule - $151,175 to $183,930 per year. Salary placement in the salary range will be based upon comparable experience and qualifications.
