Enterprise Technical Support Senior Consultant- EqualLogic    Enterprise Technical Support Senior Consultant - EqualLogic L3 - Nashua, NH     --   Recognized expert in one or more technology areas.  --   Handles the most sensitive customer situations.  --   Assists team achieve its customer service and performance targets.  --   Presents trends and reports to senior management.  --   Highly specialized resource for technical support escalations.  --   Assigned to "highest touch" customers.  Assigned and participates on best practice engagements.  --    Presents and explains the design and value of proposed technology service levels to customers.  --    Consultant to Customers on infrastructure initiatives.  --    Performs a wide variety of technical and administrative duties in system design, upgrade and operation.  --    Works closely with Key Vendors to build strategic relationships.  --   Conducts Ad-hoc or scheduled new product and vitality training for team.  --   Works with management to identify, develop and present training that accelerates the development of the organization.  --   Identifies key drivers for all products, review product reports, call trends and logs on a weekly basis.  --   Works closely with PG, Marketing, and Customer Advocacy Group attending meetings with Core Teams to identify quality issues and drive corrective actions.  --   Responsible for all team candidate technical interviews. Provides feedback to management and makes hiring recommendations.  --   International Travel as required.  --   Assigned to and resolves "crit sit" or mission critical issues.  --   Expert telephone etiquette skills.  --   Able to mentor and lead a team.  --   Identify issues and provide viable solutions.  --   Expert listening and communication skills.  --   Coordinates with cross functional Dell teams to improve Customer Experience.  --   Expert knowledge of Dell products, customer service, policies and procedures.  --   Demonstrated ability to identify and drive operational and process improvements.  --   Ability to present to senior management. Enterprise Technical Support Senior Consultant- EqualLogic    Qualifications   --   8+ years of relevant work experience.   --   Knowledge of Microsoft applications.   --   Industry Certification Required     About Dell:     Collaboration.
