RFP/2011/009 - Consultancy to provide technical support to the Ethiopia Africa Adaptation Programme (AAP) team and more specifically the Government of Ethiopia in:  a) The mapping of climate change actors, activities, projects, programmes and trends in Ethiopia.  b) The development, transfer and analysis of business intelligence methodologies and tools to support and inform decisions for efficient and effective development climate change related decisions and investments  C) The development of an information knowledge platform and public output of this information.     2.
