Postdoctoral position, Biomedical researchA POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH position is available in the Department of Pathology & Immunology, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, to study regulatory pathways in cancer development and metastasis. We utilize cell lines, animal models and clinical samples for these studies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on research projects involving cancer genomics, signal transduction, transcription factors and genetically-engineered animal models with strong potential for translational research. Candidates should hold a MD or a PhD, and have strong background in molecular and cell biology. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and demonstrate a passion for science, innovative thinking and the ability to work independently and effectively.
