Under the supervision of the Director of Computing & Information Technology, the WD will work in tandem with the IT Team and the Marketing Team to design and implement web applications, continuously enhance web design and implement new Internet web technologies and applications including mobile applications, provide direction and support of existing web and database architecture, develop new user-friendly designs that integrate technologies that relate to the enterprise website and the web content management system. Educational Requirements: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited higher-education institution in Computer Science, Computer or Business Information Systems, or a closely related field with at least three years experience working in web development, programming, social media publishing and web marketing. Technical Requirements: Knowledge of computer and software technologies including HTML, AJAX, Javascript, PHP, ASP.NET, C#, CMS, CSS, Flash, Silverlight. Graphilcal User Interface (ribbon/windows, metro, apple, android). Experience with 508 (accessibility) compliance. Web Programming: Knowledge of database systems such as Microsoft LINQ, PL-SQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle Web Tools: Dreamweaver, Contribute, Photoshop. Intelliworks or other CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and experience building mobile websites and apps Experience with Web 2.0 Technologies Clearly defined knowledge and experience using/integrating social media within website and marketing initiatives. Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and problem-solving skills required. Ability to work in a marketing, instructional designer and IT team environment. Ability to work independently and in support of staff and clients. Ability to research and recommend continuous changes and enhancements of CES website design and service for customers. Ability to rapidly learn new and changing software and tools, organize, analyze and prioritize workload effectively and efficiently under minimal supervision to meet deadlines, discern problems and facilitate resolutions, and be flexible and open to change.
