The Security and Compliance Project Manager is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of relying on their innovation, creativity and leadership skills to lead cross functional teams through the certification and re-certification process * The Project Manager is an expert at leading cross functional teams through complex and often difficult project plans * The Project Manager must be able to develop an effective project plan for obtaining designated security and compliance certifications. They must be able to keep the extended team on schedule and on budget throughout the life of each Security or Compliance project. * Applicants should be highly-motivated, technology driven, possess strong communications skills, can develop strong cross-group collaboration and is willing to take on the challenge of dealing with ambiguity * Assess, recommend, plan, and implement complex projects related to Security and Compliance Certifications. * Develop repeatable standards and implementation processes to ensure maximum quality and minimum effort to maintain target certifications * Directly interact with peers, Account Managers, Service Owners, Technical Team and Auditors to ensure a successful outcome in all certification efforts. * Apply best practices, strategies, methodologies, and approaches to large scale projects Qualifications Required Skills: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry * Prior experience with large and complex project management * Strong time management and organizational skills * Strong Experience leading cross functional teams * Strong Program Management experience Desired Skills: * Recognized project/program management certification or advanced training * Experience with large or complex datacenters * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint Skills * Experience with Security and Compliance certifications such as o ISO 20000 o ISO27001 o SAS70 o HIPPA o PCI o FISMA. * Experience working with Federal Government regulatory agencies Minimum Educational Requirements: * Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience About Dell Inc.: Want to work in an environment where each day is focused on delivering solutions that make a real difference in people's lives?
