Applications Portfolio Analyst Applications Portfolio Analyst This position is responsible for life cycle management of software as relates to support and business readiness of the environment. This includes assisting with the development of defined processes and procedures for software life cycles as well as identifying the software stacks to sustain continued vendor support at the minimal total cost of ownership. Assist in the reduction of complexity by assessing and eliminating software products as applicable. Education/Experience: * 5+ years of related professional experience * ITIL certification is desirable* BS/BA or equivalent 5 years work experience in related field * At least 1 year of experience tracking and/or managing IT Software Assets * Understanding of Service Delivery & Service Level Metrics within a multi-vendor outsourcing model Skills: * Ability to assess software applications for functionality and compare against similar applications * Technical knowledge of support and maintenance requirements for business applications * Documentation and presentation skills are a must * Have an understanding and working knowledge of asset lifecycle technology and processes Randstad Technologies is an EOE-M/F/V/D and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Randstad Holding nv, an $18.8 billion global provider of professional employment services and the second largest staffing organization in the world.
